  Nik uses them for (paleo) huevos rancheros, garnished with our favorite Hatch green chile. Oh yeah!

  Are these vegan tortillas? Yep, with no animal product ingredients, these tortillas are 100% vegan.

  What is cassava flour? Cassava flour is peeled, dried and ground up yucca root. Yucca is one of the world's most drought resistant crops, making it a great way to protect the planet and stay on that grain free diet.
