Your own brew water recipe, mixed for exactly one person: you. High-end coffee water used to mean building a home chemistry bench — a precision scale, a shelf of mineral salts, a spreadsheet, and an evening you'd rather spend brewing. This is the concierge version: tell us about your coffee, and we compute your recipe, weigh it on a 0.1 mg lab balance, and ship it with your numbers in the bag. Your part takes ten seconds: tear a tab, pour the powder into a gallon of distilled or RO water, swirl.

How it works

1. Order, then take the 2-minute quiz (it lands with your receipt): what you brew, how you brew it, and what your coffee is doing that annoys you — flat, sour, harsh, thin.
2. We compute your recipe — hardness, buffer, and if you run espresso, a chloride cap so your boiler stays happy.
3. We weigh your full recipe at lab scale on a 0.1 mg analytical balance, blend it, and split it into gallon doses by mass. And every lot of minerals we buy gets bench-tested before it touches an order.
4. You get 5 identical sachets — each makes 1 gallon in distilled or RO water. About two months of daily cups, mixed fresh one gallon at a time.
5. Your lab card ships in the bag — your water's target numbers and the exact doses that hit them, with your name on it. Your recipe stays on file, so reorders are one click.

Why single-gallon sachets?

Water is fine-tuning — the last 2%, not the first 98. If your beans are stale or your grind is fighting you, fix that first (we'll still be here). But if your brew is dialed and something's still a half-step off, water is usually the knob you haven't turned.
