For our many European fans this homemade bread recipe will be remarkably like what their Nana or Omi or Granny made them. This is unleavened gluten free bread, which means it won't rise and make those huge doughy bubbles inside.

This bread has no gluten, no grain, and no dairy. It is based on nuts & seeds, is nutritionally dense, and has a wallop of protein from eggs in it.
