Avocado Mousse Recipe

This paleo avocado mousse recipe is for those days when you're willing to wait for dessert if you have to, but you sure wouldn't mind licking the bowl clean while the dessert cools in the fridge.

Yeah, this totally gluten free avocado mousse recipe is that good; I can't remember a single time I've made it that I chilled the entire amount for the recommended time.  

Usually I just blend it, stick it in the fridge for 30 seconds, then succumb to impatience and eat the whole thing.  Totally worth it.
