Beet Hummus Recipe

Use this paleo hummus recipe as a topping for your salads or a way to crunch cucumber & carrot spears. Nothing dresses up a tuna and greens combo like a giant scoop of beet “hummus.”

This brightly colored gluten free hummus recipe is a delicious kid-pleaser; remind 'em to check it as it goes out the other end.  I know, adults freak out, but kids sure love all the interesting things our body does.  Look, I'm a professional uncle.  Trust me on this.

There's nothing like a little homemade paleo hummus making fun to get your kiddos into the kitchen.  Get 'em grinding early and keep 'em gluten free, oh yeah!
