One of our absolute favorite paleo breakfast recipes to make is this little tray of gluten free egg muffins. If Nik doesn't immediately eat all of them, it's great to have a few for later in the day. We never have them later in the day. :)
These are easy grab 'n go homemade snacks; don't limit yourself to just breakfast!
