Since I started eating Paleo in 2009, I feel like a new woman. Not only am I stronger and in control of my health for the long-term, but I am thrilled to say I have been PAIN FREE and healed my fibromyalgia holistically (Paleoly) as of July 2014.
It's not every day you get to sit down to $900/lb coffee, but this weekend was almost one of them. Before I get into how I almost opened a bag worth more than I’m usually willing to spend on a hot drink, let’s go back to how I stumbled across the threshold that separates the coffee enjoying world from everyone else.

We sell expensive and very high quality products in an arena flooded with very cheap and very low quality but highly addictive competing products. There are nights we cry and mornings we sing. If you're in your late 30s (like me), your initial reaction might be, "Hey bub, look for the following companies and when they come along, buy their stock: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Uber. Oh, and Bitcoin. Buy as much Bitcoin as you can afford."
Of course, that would just make you rich by the time you hit the point you are now, but the problem would be you didn't know how you got there, and you couldn't do it again if you had to.
