So this video shows up in my inbox today from a friend of mine in Bozeman, MT.  

It's about a classically trained chef roaming around the world then coming home to hunt and forage in Montana, but with a twist.  If you've read anything else on this blog and you trust us to put up good stuff, this is totally worth your time.
