Hey-o Paleo homies, have you seen the latest Paleo news here in San Diego? We thought we'd play around with branching out and provide some resources beyond the easy paleo desserts we sell by creating a paleo food list. We didn't expect that we'd have a local TV show about eating Paleo pop up on the same day, and to top it off it had our Civilized Caveman friend George on there. Does it get any better? :)
So, serendipitously we saw that George Bryant of Civilized Caveman along with clinical nutritionist Christa Orecchio were on San Diego's Fox 5 this morning with a paleo banana bread recipe.
Now, for those of you who know George there are no surprises with his obsession in finding fantastic tasting paleo food recipes, but if you're coming to this for the first time I think you'll be pleasantly stoked with just how good his recipes actually taste when you make 'em.
It was also good to hear the short and sweet breakdown from Christa, worth showing to your doubting Paleo friends who "don't have time" to learn about Paleo. :)
If Paleo banana bread ain't stirring your pot right now, we can strongly recommend some of his other recipes; Lee is a die hard fan of his jalapeno dijon grilled chicken recipe and consistently makes it into our home eating lineup. What do you think? Do you have a favorite Paleo food on your list?
