Fear & COVID19

Ok, you’re scared right now about the unknown. What will happen with COVID19? How will the spread of coronavirus affect your world?

While there plenty of mental tools for dealing with fear, one of the absolute best things you can do to get it under control is to build something with your hands, today.

It could be a wooden box. It could be baking baklava, or searing scallops (those recipes are here.) You could chop firewood and lay in a cord for the winter.

It doesn’t matter what you make; it matters that you physically make something.

Build a box fort for your kids out of pillows or cardboard. Fold up a paper airplane. It doesn’t matter, just put your hands to work for a while. That’ll help break a small fear cycle.

Once you break the fear cycle once you’ll be able to do it again.

Keep on building. We’ll get through this together.
