What brought you to eating Paleo/clean?
Receiving Practical Paleo by Diane Sanfilippo as a holiday gift in 2013.

What has been the toughest part?
Hearing others misinterpret Paleo and the lifestyle.

What has been the easiest part?
Making the food changes...the framework made sense to me!

What is the most satisfying part?
Breaking free of the nutrition dogma I felt trapped by for so long...and now teaching others the same!

What are you going to conquer this year?
Parenthood... or at least try ;) We are welcoming our first child this spring, in addition to our 3-year old fur baby, Murphy.

What is your best quality?
Being reliable and trustworthy.

What was the happiest moment of your life?
Becoming a Mrs. to my middle school sweetheart.

One piece of advice to someone starting Paleo?
It’s YOUR own journey...be excited and never stop learning and listening to your body. Always choose to see the opportunity.

Never leave the house without…
A smile :)

What is your exercise regime?
It constantly changes, but as long as I'm moving, I’m happy!

What is your snack of choice?
Kombucha is always a go-to or veggies & guac!

Best advice from MOM: "The less you worry about how stupid you look doing something, the more fun you’ll have."
